LACK OF RESPONSE TO EMAILS

While writing Bcom year one supplementary exam I experienced issues with the online exam portal. The start of the exam I was unable to view the Table/columns for completion and experienced a glitch with no option to undo prior step. I lost potential exam marks due to this. I enquired on the day of the exam and sent 7 follow up Emails over a period of a month to finally receive a response to explain it will be investigated, the paper was submitted and marked. Another 3 weeks have passed without feedback on my initial enquiry about the online exam portal issues I experienced. In order to receive my marked paper I am required to pay a fee, an additional fee whether I would prefer a remark and repay to redo the module for this year. The lack in timeously responses to resolve my exam portal issue has cost me my bursary application for year 2.
