Lack of communication and incompetence

The level of service I have received from Regent Business School is appalling, no communication whatsoever. I sent a request a few weeks ago regarding my request for an aegrotat and still haven’t heard anything from them regarding my request. Next week is the exam block for the supplementary/aegrotat exams but I am still don’t know whether my request was approved or not. I have also tried calling them but they don’t answer their phones and when you opt for a call back, still they don’t call you back. They have made it impossible for me to plan anything because I don’t know where I actually stand with them and it’s highly acceptable considering the fact that I paid so much money for the poor level of service/support I am getting from them. This was my first time studying through and I have no happy at all. Highly *********** people.
