Lack of Clarity and Incompetence

I am quite disappointed to learn that I have missed the exemption criteria by just 2%, having achieved 78%. What concerns me most is that this information was not clearly communicated beforehand. This is very disappointing, as it seems that we constantly have to seek out critical information ourselves rather than being properly informed from the start.

I have been inquiring about this matter since last year, yet at no point was I informed that achieving 80% was a requirement. Even now, every inquiry seems to require escalation to the team leader, which gives the impression that there is a lack of clear guidance. Given these concerns, I feel this matter should be addressed with management or the dean, as the institution has not provided the necessary support and transparency throughout this process. I believe that I have done more than 78% in that Economics module.
