INTENTIONALLY MAKING STUDENTS FAIL

Good day this morning I woke up to my result saying I have failed due to none submission of an assignment which I was advised to submit via email of which I did so and Regent has the guts to say I failed to none submission. I don't know why would the say I must use an email to submit due their *********** system which closed before time and still they don't attend to their emails
