Incompetence and Negligence

I just received my exam marks. I was given a 0 for my Business Management exam. When I queried it I am told that I submitted an incorrect document. I asked Kerusha to share the document with me because I am absolutely sure that I previewed all my exams prior to submitting them. I am told that they cannot share documents with me. Yet it was my own supposed submission.

This is not the first time that this has happened to me, first semester I was also given 0 for my stats exam. Upon querying it I was told the same thing and after they had acknowledged that the error was on their side they corrected my marks.

I do not understand how a business school can get such basic fundamentals wrong. No one bothered to check with me what I submitted or to notify me of any "incorrect" submission prior to the release of the exam results.

I am a single mother of 2, I work extremely hard to assertain that my fees are paid on time and without error, yet this is the response I get.

This is totally unacceptable. I at least deserve to see what the error was and the opportunity to correct such if it was on my part, without having a monetary penalty attached to it.

I hope that this matter will be given the due diligence it deserves. At this point I will not recommend Regent to anyone.
