Incompetence

Regent staff is very ***********, I have been requesting an updated invoice with this year's date for 3 months now so that I pay outstanding fees. They are not assisting. Sent multiple emails, I called and one lady who was answered was not helpful at all. But they are so quick to harass you with calls and emails to pay outstanding fees.
