I am a student at Regent Business School, two weeks back I sent an email to Student Support Services and Student Account Department requesting assistance with a statement of account and RCL no feedback was provided to me as I urgently needed this two documents cause I am currently seeking employment and this will be an assistant to me ,

Further more I even wrote on the chat bot but still no help from this departments it's very easy for Regent Accounts department to call and ask when is your next payment but when you requesting assistance from them they will ignore you

Please can they get hold of me immediately.
