Horrible experience with both Regent Portal and their student advisery department

I am not happy. Today, I was writing the Human Resource Development exam, and upon accessing my exam question paper, the system didn't redirect me to the answer sheet. I used a Word document to answer my questions. At 13H00, when I attempted to submit my answers, the system didn't allow me to submit my PDF answer sheet since it didn't provide me with one.

I called student support and spoke to two advisors. They did not have answers for me, so I went through the app to test the APP system, and it did something. Now, I am worried about tomorrow and Thursday's exams, as we are not getting any access to the chat box for assistance during the exams to request help when such happens. Now, what's going to happen to today's work? Worse, I had to sit down without standing up from 08:30 to 13:00 for nothing. Looking at the bad reviews, this institution is getting I am not shocked.

Anyone who is dedicated and knows what they are doing in that institution, please help, advise, and provide a sound way forward. If this is a technical issue, your IT department assist urgent.
