Hidden charges
Will not recommend to anyone! After completing my NFQ level 7 and paying all my fees in full, they sent me a statement for my "Graduation ceremony" which I have not even attended. All of a sudden this is a compulsory admin fee and all the fees needs to be settled for the certificate to be released. I have asked for any documents stating there will be a graduation fee when enrolling, but have not received anything to date. Totally unacceptable and if anyone ever considers enrolling, get another institution.

If graduation fees are compulsory, why was it not added into the original invoice or at least have clear communication regarding these extra fees when I app**** for studies...If I wanted to attend the graduation ceremony, of course yes, then there should be fees. But now you are charging me an extra R450 after paying R40 000 for the studies juat to get my certificate without attending any ceremony?
