False Adverti*****t

I recently completed my studies at Regent Business School class of 2020.I have a fully settled account and do not own them anything.So today I received a call from the accounts department saying that I have not paid for my graduation which is R250. I explained that I do not wish to attend to this as its just a virtual zoom attendance and the R250 fee does not justify the cost for me. I will then told that if I do not pay this I will not be able to get my qualification in which I rep**** that this was not part of the initial quote ,invoice and agreement I signed with Regent. They responded by saying " Yes its not part of that but they are allowed to ammend, and its part of administration costs". R250 is not much and I have no issue to pay this, but after mu discussion with them today I will refuse to pay this as this is additional cost which I did not agree to nor can it be justified. This is the first time that I have encountered this, not one the other colleges or University I have studies through requested well sorry demanded an additional fee just to your qualification which you have already paid for in full. Regent School made me sick today to think how many student we were in 2020 and how many people are just going to pay this because they just wait their qualification. Its false adverti*****t and I will not advise anyone to study through them seeing that they are allowed to ammend agreements as they need to.
