Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this institution.

I app**** to this institution and was initially granted credit for a number of modules. When I requested a pro forma invoice to plan my finances, I was shocked to see that two of the modules I had previously been exempted from were now listed again for payment.

When I queried this, the explanation given was that there was “sufficient overlap”, something that had never been communicated to me at any point before. This last-minute change seriously disrupted my academic and financial planning.

What’s worse is that this wasn’t the first issue I encountered. I had previously withdrawn my application due to poor communication and the institution’s failure to provide clear, timely, or consistent information. I later decided to give them a second chance, largely because they were more affordable, but unfortunately, the same communication issues persisted.

Emails were ignored, information was withheld until the last minute, and decisions were changed without explanation. This reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for prospective students.

If this is how things are handled before you even enroll, I can only imagine how difficult it would be once you’re in. I do not recommend this institution to anyone who values clear communication, transparency, and accountability.
