Exams Script

It’s with great sadness that I have been studying with Regent for the past 3yrs now on my last year. I am told that I have submitted an incorrect exam answer sheet, when asking for a proof I am told that, it’s against their rules, I asked how so because I am asking for my paper not someone else’s paper, I was told that I just have to write supplementary exams and pay R400.00.

How do I pay for something that I do not have proof of? Why is it so hard to prove this? We must just accept and carry on like nothing happened? This is totally unacceptable
