Exam Results witheld even with proof of payment submission

<p>I find it absolutely bizzare that an institution of higher learning can withold results even though proof of payment has been submitted. They believe that the transaction mu first clear before they can release results. This is unfair treatment and this rule is absolutely lousy and an unnecessary red tape.</p> <p>I'm repeatedly told by staff in the debtors department that payment must clear first and that it's to prevent ***** because a student once submitted a fradulent proof of payment. Can we be treated as individuals and not be put in boxes. </p> <p>I need my results urgently Regent Business School!!!</p> <p> </p>
