Exam results - no Comms

There is a lack of communication when it comes to the school with their Students. WE have not recevied any comms when results will be released. i had to contact the student department. only for them to tell me the below:

Dear Student,

I trust you are well.

Please note your programme code is not scheduled to be released today. The communication that was sent out to students stated which programmes will be released on which date.

Please revert to the communication to see which date your programme code is scheduled to be released.

then i ask them to send me this schedule, i dont get that back but get an email to say it will be released on the 12th of July. Today is the 12th, so what time can we expect the results to be out?
