Dissappointed Student

I registered to do my Honors in 2019, i was not in the right state of mind as i was going through Personal issues after i already registered and still attempted writing 3 modules of which i should not have. i then contacted Regent after i received my results and of course were all not good. i then asked to cancel and want a refund, they said it's not possible as i will loose out my full amount that i have paid them to do my honours. Through a different soul i was advised i could move my studies to when i was ready but would need to pay R1700 and the 3 modules already written, money lost, my fault as i should not have written! I have went back and asked to be allowed to do a different short course that my balance would cater for. I'm told that if i don't do the honors i loose my 100% of my balance.
