Disgusting support and principles

My overall experience with this institution was shocking. I wrote a review earlier in the year and was contacted and promised the world however the student support was non existent, the planning for examination was last minute and now that I am finished I am expected to pay for my own air ticket to attend my graduation in another province and pay R450 for my certificate after paying R20000 to complete the diploma. Should I attend or not I must still pay R450. This is utterly disappointing and a slap in the face for something that should be an honour. Please never use this institution they have no regard for students it appears that education is not their interest but taking money is
