Disgusting service.

How is it that I receive my final transcript and you make a mistake on my second year results saying that I was absent for the exam and failed?? When my literal transcript from second year reflects my actual marks and that I passed! Then I email you guys on the 16th of December, there were enough days between the public holidays for this to be dealt with. But on the 3rd of Jan I'm still awaiting a response. I need these results for another institution!!!!!!
