Disgusted

My 2 female co-students and I met for a study session at Regent Business School on 11/11 and left the school at 20:20. The caretaker who opened the door for us to exit the building was visibly intoxicated, unstable on his feet and his eyes were red and bloodshot. I am convinced you will be able to see this on the video footage. If Regent Business School is not a safe place for (female) students to study after hours, this should be communicated accordingly. Studying on campus is often the best alternative to studying at home as the campus is a quiet environment with adequate seating and other resources to make group discussion possible. As a woman, I am disgusted that I have to feel uncomfortable in a place where I would like to promote my education. I trust that you have a policy in place to address this staff member's gross misconduct.
