Disappointed Student/ Terrible service

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the type of unprofessional employees I have had to deal with, I am tired of sending emails and phoning begging for assistance, I am a full time employee and I joined Regent with the intention of studying part time as believed you guys had a good reputation, was hoping Regent would make my life less stressful but you guys just got me more worked up, now looking at the reviews, clearly I am not the only one. This is my second year studying with Regent, I registered for my second year in July and its been a disaster ever since. I Just want to send a special shout out to one of the student advisors "Kuresha Padavatten" for your pathetic service and for ignoring my emails the moment I made payment, also for lying that you would be assisting me with pre-registration, making me send you all of my documents and then asking for everything again after making payment, just because you were too lazy to go back and check your emails. I have sent numerous emails to student support when I didn't receive my books, eventually I was forced to call, just to find out that you guys apparently went electronic? and apparently the students must call request for hard copies, "Hard copies that we are paying for"? When did this happen and why no communication? Today I had to call to find out why my Regent email wasn't working, just to find out you guys moved from Gmail to Outlook, like where is the communication? Thereafter I get transferred to a guy who was completely unprofessional, to assist me with Webinar dates, he barely assisted or even understood what I was saying, he said the dates are on the portal, which clearly hasn't been updated, he then promised to send me the webinar schedule, I'm still waiting. I honestly suggest you guys send all your employees for Communication skills training. Also why are Webinar dates scheduled after assignment due dates? how is that going to help? I am currently struggling with one of my modules and there's no help, I have assignments due and I never attended not one webinar yet, is that fair? I would appreciate if I could get extensions on all my assignments please, I deserve that atleast after running around for assistance and receiving my books late.
