DISAPPOINTED SERVICES, TERRIBLE HELP AND MONEY GREEDY!!!!

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at Regent Business School. I will never recommend anyone going to them to complete their studies. Education isn't suppose to be a money making scheme. This is the 2nd time completing my research module for my Bcom honors. The delays from the research department is terrible. Even making phone calls to get a response. I WAS held liable last year in 2023 upon receiving an email with a deadline in July. Submission was done long prior to that. Because the research department did not respond on time I was failed for it. Sending the email trail and asking to be put through to higher authority they showed total disregard to how late feedback was sent and made it my fault. I had to defer to this year which beginning of the year was another issue. I submitted with all correction as per requested on the 4th of October 2024 and no feedback submitted again and emailed on the 20th of October 2024 and just to get sent an email today the 14th of November 2024 that I have not been assigned a supervisor that was suppose to look into my research and want me to defer again or an extension. NO specification on the requirements is sent. Emails are delayed constantly and now it is my fault that I would have to redo and I have to pay R6000 each year for one module to complete my studies. This is utterly inhumane knowing how bad the economy is doing. There is people out here trying to complete their studies to get a job. This has been a back and forth Ongoing issue with regent and I will never recommend anyone has it seems they only want money. It is not a hard module to complete yet some how even with a cumlaude pass from my degree I seem to not understand how I am doing so much wrong to defer again and again and again. Honestly, I can't believe this is what we have to go through. Terrible and disappointing is an understatement.
