Completed/Pass all 24 modules but no degree

To date i wrote and pass all my 24 modules at Regent Business school. However ,when querying for my degree it was highlighted as incomplete. They indicate that one of the modules that I wrote, even through they indicated that I passed, i need to rewrite it. I am so confuse by this request. Can Regent Business school please issue me with my degree
