Complaint - MBA studies

I registered last year for my MBA and paid for my studies in Full for last year. Within a few days of making payment I had to write t regent to defer my studies to my miscarriage/company restructure and my mother having to undergo a huge operation. My deferral was accepted and I was told to continue when I was ready. Motivation letter and everything that was needed for me to defer was done and accepted. 2020 I wrote to regent asking to enroll me for my studies. Its very painful having to explain myself over and over and having to deal with *********** staff of regent. I had to explain myself, sent copies of all the correspondence to regent again – which I did. Michelle Padayachee is the advisor am dealing with. She is of no assistance and has a forgetful memory. She denies my correspondence to her after the fact that I sent her an email saying our company changes serves and lost of my emails.( I am in the process of asking the previous host to retrieve my emails) to prove a point but why should I even do this. This is ********* behavior and gross dishonesty from her part. She send me an introduction email to my MBA for 2020 and the academic calendar and said she will email me more information in due course. Now she is denying having sent me that email. Surely you guys keep track of all correspondence until it was deleted intentionally. Where would I received the information for my assignments for 2020. And it not last years information, the assignment has difference case studies, which I started working on without my books she promised to send me.After having sent her the mail about me losing my emails – she sent me a deferral email so I called to find out what’s this about and she denies ever sending me an introduction to my MBA studies for 2020. If regent does not want to honor and enroll me for 2020, please refund me my studies fees so I can register through another institute and this is what I have said from the beginning. I have also sent the enrollment manager an email and no response. Regent need to give me my refund if they do not want to sort my studies out. Im tired of going back and forth with people that are ********* and dishonest.
