Complaint

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and accountability from Regent Business School. I submitted my research assignment within the required timeframe, yet it still has not been marked. This delay is directly affecting my academic progression and future plans.

Despite multiple follow-up emails and providing all the necessary documentation, I have received no reply or assistance from the relevant department. The complete silence and failure to address such an important academic matter is unacceptable for any institution that claims to support student success.

I urge Regent Business School to take student concerns more seriously and to improve communication and turnaround times for assessments. Students invest time, money, and trust—this kind of neglect shows a disregard for all three.
