Bcom Hon in Human Resource exam results.

I am soo disappointed with Regent. I wrote the exams all of a sudden when I received the results in one module they said I was absent for the exam. I sent an email to student support on the 15/07/2023, on the 18/07/2023 I received a third SOR and it was changed from Absent to Supp with no explanation and no timetable for Supp. I am asking myself when did they mark my script ? why did they say I was absent? is it because I granted extra time since am a student living with disabilities (visually impaired) and they thought that my script was submitted late so it will be taken as Absent?. I am discouraged if the company that I am working for was not paying the tuition fee I was going to discontinue
