Bad service with study material

I started my journey with the school in end of April which was already late and I regret this. I will never ever advise anyone to register at this institution, poor service, bad communication, everything is just poor, they are very active during registration time, get registered, pay them, they forget you exist. when registering i did ask if i needed to study material and i was told no and i should look in my portal and i send emails and kept of asking the student advisers Monde Cain where is my study material and he kept on saying its in the portal and only in July i got access to E-books so tell me how was i supposed to make it from May to July with no study material?
