Bad Service - Ghosting

They were easy to call you day in and day out getting you to enroll. We enrolled and paid a deposit. I am eligible for discounts, they acknowledged. But I have been waiting for 1 month now for my refund. When I call or email them they ghost me. When they want something they are quick...but when you need something they ghost you.
