Bad Service

I am very disappointed with Regent. They almost never reply to emails about queries you have as a student. The lecturers don't have time for you when you have questions about the work. The marking of assignments takes forever and when you have any questions regarding tests or assignments you never get a response. Once you finally reach someone, they cannot assist you and you have to contact someone else. It is an endless cycle of struggle and no help whatsoever. Think twice before applying, because as a first-year student it is incredibly difficult when you have no help or guidance when needed.
