bad service

Since the beginning of the year requesting a tax invoice and proof of registration ,with more than weeks of waiting patiently so and i did send an email stating how it should drafted but still i get only proof of registration without invoice(with proof address used there is mine instead of company).i also an effort to call head office for some to ask me who is my student advisor and then said ok goodbye and hangup.
