Bad management

This institution has bad management. I registered with Regent in June 2023 and made full payment first week of August 2023, with my portal still not uploaded with modules and I was tirelessly reaching out to them regarding my portal being empty 3 months later. They decided to upload my portal on the 31st of Aug and I was expected to submit all my assignments in 2 weeks times (short period & their portal can take some time to adjust to), I appealed for extension of the assignments and now I am being charged yet the negligence, lack of communication and uploading my portal on time is on them. Why am I being charged for their mistakes? The service offered at Regent is embarrassing
