BAD EXPERIENCE ON ASSIGNMENT SUBMISSION - CORRESPONDENCE DOES NOT WORK HAND IN HAND WITH THEIR TECHNOLOGY

Good day.

I have received an email that say the late submission for my assignment closes on the 26th of October - however when tried to submit my assignment after paying my late submission funds of R750-00 the system was closed and to my knowledge they advised that it is closing on the 26 but they never stipulated the time. Normally when there is a cut off of that specific day they close the system late at night. I tried to submit during the day at 17H00 with no luck .

I need someone to intervene and solve their system fault because it does not correspond with what they have sent me via email.

Please come back to me. I tried to contact you this morning with no luck. The phone rings with no answer.
