Bad assignment supporting department

Bad support department. I had requested a change of assignment due to an incorrect submission on the 31May 2022, I received a response that it was forwarded to the marker. With every follow up I do am being told it was forwarded to marker, without any information stating that it was rejected or accepted. It almost 3 months and am still told it was sent to marker.
