Assignment Submission dates incorrect on portal
Dear Regent business school. I paid to do part of my Y1 modules over. After payment I was told I have 6months to complete my course. Upon signing into my portal I noticed 2 of my modules was still on 2023 for resubmission. After numerous attempts. I was finally told to check my resubmission dates was due the 23 April, 29 April and 06 May 2024. When trying to submit on the 23 April on my portal. There was a notice stating my submission was due on the 20th April. For two of my assignments. I cannot believe after paying so much money, that my assignments will now be failed. Because of a failure from Regent business school not notifying students of possible changes. What now.
