Angry and frustrated

I re-registered for a subject Essentials of financial management on the 31st of August 2021. I was told by a Shuiab Cassim Maharaj that all was approved after i had sent the proof of payment and forms to him. I was given dates of the assignment of when they are due which was the 15th for Essentials and 22nd for the Short term. I submitted the assignment on the 15th of Sep 2021. Today the 17th i was sent an email saying the subject was not registered. How is that possible when i was sent confirmation that the subject was approved. I used my data, my time to do an assignment and paid a fee of R1000 and only to be told it was not registered...im frustrated and disapointed by how Shuiab handled this whole thing. Blaming me for sending him documents, saying it my fault...i have been dealing with Regent for over a year now and this is so disappointing.
