An institution that teaches communication but they fail in communication.

I am an honors student and I was supposed to finish my degree in July. But I couldn't because we submitted submission on research and never got feedback nor couldn't progress with the module. You call the institution and no one is available to give answers

After two weeks of calling I got to someone who said I can submit my review and in two weeks will get feedback...we are over 5weeks and no feedback and this person is no longer answering the calls no emails are answeres.

Now seems like I am going to be delayed again on this semester due to an institution that you entrust with your learning development.
