34 and rejected - not impressed at all

I just cannot believe that I get told that my application for Pg Dip Mgt was declined because I am 34 and not 35 of age.I literally turn 34 today and have just under 16 yrs banking experience,with and adequate record of prior learning coupled with a letter of recommendation from my company. Am I so *********** and too young to further my career? I seriously don't accept and understand a rejection of this nature This is no reflection of the Durban branch and its Advisor, I believe that different cases have to be reviewed upon its uniqueness Totally ludicrous! I request that my application be relooked
