Run as fast as you can and don’t look back! Customer service is absolutely appalling. They seem more than happy to make the sale and take your money, but the moment something goes wrong with your vehicle, getting proper assistance, accountability, or even a meaningful response becomes an absolute battle.

In my experience, you can expect endless back-and-forth, complaints that go nowhere, promises with little follow-through, and an exhausting amount of frustration with no real resolution. Instead of taking ownership of the problem and actually resolving it, the process seems to drag on until you’re so frustrated that you eventually give up.

If you value your time, patience, and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
