Poor service and arrogance

Their customers service us the worst and the arrogance is out of this world. Today I went there to ask for help for my car Opel Grandland,I wanted them to check my wipers,sensor parking and the spanner,I didn't have a problem on booking for a diagnostics of the above,then j was told they can drop me at work,but I will have to come back to pick up the car,I then told them I will wait for the car because by the time I come back they will be closed because of the traffic,it was back and forth with me and Duran telling me and asking me what if the car need to be there for overnight? I then said I will take an Uber ,j then ask for a document that shows my car is booked and then I was told will get an sms.first of all the receptionist infact all of them are very arrogant you can wait for more than 10 minutes waiting for an assistance its like they doing you a favor but you are bringing in the business,they don't care,its not what you say its how you say it,you dont feel welcomed at all,j hate going to that place and I wouldn't recommend to anyone,I wish I can take my car somewhere else.
