Where can I contact Reebok about a product?

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes from a retailer and the soles slip on wet surfaces. I can not wear them and would like to return them. The retailers in question won’t take the shoes back as they believe it’s not faulty. I believe otherwise and I want them to be tested. Who can I contact?
