Terrible customer service

i bought a jacket on 29-Nov-2019 and i'm still waiting for delivery! it is now 11 days and i'm still waiting. the call centre is terrible and no one rep**** to an email that i've send 3-Dec-2019. this is absolutely ridiculous! please can you follow up on my order and make sure i get my item!
