Spare yourself the trouble and stay away

NEVER again!!

Firstly, I bought a few pairs to try on. 1 pair of shoes was on a 2 for 1 promotion and they only sent 1 pair.

Then, I returned the item, after picking another pair. They then told me the item was not resealable because my SOCKS left fluff on the inside of the shoe.

Those particular shoes went on sale, so I asked if they can at least accommodate me and give it to me at the discounted price, seeing that I now have 2 pairs of shoes. The answer was simply: NO!

There is no way to escalate, no way to query or appeal the decision not to refund. I’m livid. Never again
