Ruturns not Collected for a Month and 2 weeks!!

Good Day! My Name is Mandisa. I'm very very disappointed by the Reeebok online team..i ordered a Cardi B Sneaker on the 4th of May 2021 fully paid R1599,i got my delivery on the 6th May. Unfortunately the Size is not fitting me,so i emmediately logged a Return Request (on the 6th May)..i made several Calls to Reebok Online,sent E-mails but no help till today..I made a call today morning and i was told the collection will be made before end of the day they ddn't pitch to pick up my Return..They have been promising to fetch my return and they won't come.It's been 1 month and 2 weeks now ,I'm sadden by this,i don't know what to do anymore..Please Help me!
