Reebok terrible delivery and service

Made an order on the 30/11/2019, order was paid the same day and confirmed with mail to me on the 2/12/2019 that the order will be delivered on the 12/12/2019. Delivery never happend and the call center is always busy, takes up to 20min to answer my call. Reported the problem to Reebok almost 4 time to confirm that they will deliver the next day - never happend. Would not advise buying from Reebok as they do not care about there customers and only worry about receiving payments for products that they are never going to deliver. Nike is more expensive but they deliver on time, would rather go to them from now on.
