Reebok South Africa ********

I bought a pair of sneakers from reebok recently. I tried the shoe but the style was not making me comfortable so i decided to return it. Online communication was ok as they arrange for the pick. Upon arriving at the warehouse they realized the sole had dirt and they said the quality was compromised. They claimed to escalate the issue. Since then i haven't received any communication and haven't received my money back. They don't respond to emails and their call center never know what's happening. What do i have to do to get my money back??
