Reebok failing to deliver item on time day 10

I ordered takkies for cash on delivery on Friday the 23rd November 2018 and I still haven't received my order today 3rd December 2018. No one from reebok has contacted me to let me know what is happening. When tracking the order online, not much info is given.

Right now I am trying to call them and I have been holding for about 10 minutes with no response.
