Reebok delivery order ****** by driver

I brought Reebok goods online. The person delivering the box knocked on the door and asked for a glass of water. When my mother obliged, he realised theres no one else home a decided to take advantage of the situation, and ran towards the delivery vehicle with the box in hand. I contacted Reebok regarding the ****** goods. It took them 2 weeks to provide feedback They basically advised the goods were delivered. Im not getting any assistance from the company.
