Rebbock online store not to be trusted

This is my order *** which was apparently "sent out to the corruriers" on 28 November 2020 . To this day my order hasn't be delivered and no communication has been sent to me. I spend money daily trying to contact the online store...to this day I am still waiting. What a bad experience for my kids who were looking forward to receiving their present after a tough year. I bought from you before and the service was ok. I look like a deceiving mom to my children. T
