proof of payment sent 4 times order cancelled

i ordered two pairs mens shoes online sent proof of payment from absa with order number. I was then asked again to send proof of payment which i did on friday. Today i get an email that because i havent sent thru proof of paymetn the order will be cancelled !!!! i have now sent it about four or five times sort this out do not cancel this order i am not reordering because you cant do you job
