POOR SERVICE REEBOK

What **** service!! ordered shoes a week ago no shoes, i called to find out where my shoes are.. to say its with a courier company and will be delivered today, i call today.. now its been handed over to a new courier company and still have incorrect details on mine after calling and confirming my details. very very poor service and wouldnt recommend buying from them. poor service.
