Poor disgusting service

I requested a return 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my shoes to be collected and to be refunded. I have been speaking to Claudia Brukman who has been apologising and giving me false hope that the shoes will be collected but with no action. Can i get someone to assist with this query, This is so frustrating
