Pathetic service

A parcel was picked up the 25/06/2026 and still i am waiting for a refund. This is absolutely pathetic and to thank me for my patience while you keep pushing it is laughable. Must be that the company has money problems or employees that is not doing what they are suppose to be doing. I will not recommend people buying your products as although it is good the service and after service leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Pathetic
